How to re-engage and stimulate the energy of brighter days with your employees at home?

Change is just around the corner…

With lockdown fatigue, lack of face-to-face interactions, rules and lockdowns and managing different responses/feelings, we’re here to discuss the topic around how to engage your employees to start the phase of getting back at it. Whether you’re in Sydney lockdown waiting for the 18th of October, easing their way out in Melbourne, or already out and about across the rest of Australia, working from home is still a practice used throughout.

Change is just around the corner, and our first step of approach is guided by the notion to re-engage with your community and start stimulating a sense of pick up within the culture of your teams. Virtual for now, but through online and technological capabilities, our extensive range of beauty and wellness classes and consultations bring a literal modern approach to all things self. Our phase 1: engagement, looks into the different levels of respondents to the current environment.

We formulated 2 key considerations to reach out to:

  • people in their homes who may feel lonely, isolated and disconnected,

  • people who lacked motivation and felt a sense of mental lockdown fatigue,

  • people who are looking to socialise and re-connect, and

  • people who are yearning for something different!

#1: Invite unique and modern guest speakers to attract different perspectives, and stimulate creative conversations.

Let’s be honest.. our everyday conversational topics are becoming regurgitated and standard. From Covid updates, weather conversations, and routine / at-home updates, we are all yearning for a sense of change.

The first consideration we propose is to invite unique and modern guest speakers to talk about a particular topic from a different and creative point of view. Stimulate brain food conversations by adding flavour to topics that go hand in hand with your business and add a creative flair into the conversations within your business. An idea gathered from a leading internet marketing company, Hubspot - the Purely Polished team recently took part in a virtual event where we were introduced by speaker Christoper Voss, a former lead international kidnapping negotiator for the FBI. Christoper Voss brought a unique perspective to the world of sales and customer experience and took us on a journey that creatively stimulated our current point of view of relationship management and approach to all communications.

The Purely Polished value.
